I lived at Hearth Hollow for three years and enjoyed my time. Office and maintenance staff are great! The pool is always clean and made some great friends. I will miss Derby.

This is a quiet place to live. The staff is very trustworthy and completes all work orders in a timely manner. They have a playground dog park and two pools and are located right next to the DRC. We have lived here since 2021 and just love it.
